Malaysia is seen as a major market for iOmniscient especially after its implementation at Kuala Lumpur airport. To consolidate its position, the company has established a local operation there with Mr Ken Ji Ling leading a team of three engineers who will provide local pre and post sales support to clients within the region.

“Even during these difficult times we have done well in the South East Asia and hence it has become important for us to increase our direct presence in this market. Having a local presence will allow us to be more responsive to our customers’ needs,” said Ms. Ivy Li, Managing Director of iOmniscient. “We tend to implement major projects through our System Integrator partners and having a local presence will allow us to provide them with better support for demonstrations, tender responses and sales”.
