ASSA ABLOY UK Specification BIM Manager to present at UK Construction week
ASSA ABLOY UK Specification, a UK division of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, will be delivering a seminar on BIM Technologies at UK Construction Week.
Andy Stolworthy, UK BIM Manager, will be speaking at the BIM Prospects Theatre at 11.30am on the 18th October, giving an overview of the company’s BIM journey to date, as well as looking to the future of BIM moving into digital world.
Andy will be discussing UK Specification’s approach to BIM, and in particular its commitment to using BIM technology to improve the effectiveness of door scheduling.
Following a longstanding relationship with the Building Research Establishment (BRE), ASSA ABLOY UK Specification will also have a presence at BRE’s Interactive Zone. ASSA ABLOY UK, one of the first companies to participate in the pilot programme for BRE Academy’s BREEAM Associate qualification and training course, works in partnership with BRE to ensure an accurate understanding of green building and sustainability throughout the market.
