The Domestic factory was established in year 1986 and covered an area 66,000 square meters, it’s one of the biggest work wear factory in China, located in XianNing city, HuBei province. The Oversea factory was established in November 2016,covered 11,000 square meters, located in Yangon Burma,. This factory have more than 60 stitching lines with 4000 workers, the major production are Winter Garments, Lady’s Wear, PU Garments etc., the main partners are BESTSELLER, INDITEX, C&A, LPP, MANGO, LIDL, ORSAY. The Burma factory was Audited by our partners and BSCI, the production capacity is more than 5 million pieces per year. Both the domestic and oversea factories are specialized in producing boiler suits, overalls, casual trousers, cargo pants, bib-pant, chef’s suit, medical suit, lab coat, jacket, apron and body-warmer with highly-efficient cooperative team. Relying on totally 8000 experienced workers, strict quality managements system and production processing management systems, we can produce around 1.5million pieces garments per month, more than 90 million dollars per year, exported to Middle-East(35%),South American(35%) and Euro(30%) market. The fabric we are using including poplin, twill, canvas, ripstop, Cordura and oxford. There are different material such as 100% Polyester, Poly-Cotton, Poly-Wool, Poly-Tencel, 100%Cotton, Nylon/Cotton and Cotton-Wool etc., besides these material we also can supply special functional fabric as Treated FR, Inherent Fire resistant, Waterproof, Oil resistance, Arc Protective, Anti-static, Acid-alkali Resistance and Fluorescent fabric etc. meanwhile we have had developed one new Inherent Fire Retardant Fabric Lenzing FR successfully with our partner in year 2016, this kind of fabric have the same function as Nomex but much cheaper than Nomex, now this kind of fabric is widely accepted and used by Portugal, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Algeria, Middle East Government and Gas&Oil Company (such as Aramco),.The purpose of our Group is---- ENSURE QUALITY, BEST PRICE, BEST SERVICE!
