WinGuard as centralized and flexible security management solution helps to process more than 200 events every day. Emergency calls are transferred with high priority and localized by detailed graphics without any delay. If required an installed camera can be immediately displayed.

Automatic forwarding of fault reports and editing for the internal ÖBB troubleshooting system.

Event-related automatic camera connections allow fast reaction times.

Issuing of fault reports incl. site maps as graphics to the responsible local service personnel.

Online access via webclient during troubleshooting makes further telephone inquiries or several drives unnecessary.

A central fault detection allows fast response times as well as short downtimes.

In particular for coupling fire alarm systems, control operations are of special relevance. If fire detectors are not disabled or bypassed correctly during maintenance work, false alarms might be triggered. Especially with regard to fire alarm systems, such false alarms often have far-reaching consequences. Neither must a planned disabling of fire detectors be forgotten nor the later re-enabling, as a non-detection of a real fire would of course also have drastic impact.
With the new functional module “Control operations”, Advancis offers a workflow enabling reliable control management in parallel to regular event processing, while not being limited to the requirements for disablement of fire detectors.
