Liphook, Hampshire, United Kingdom — April 3, 2012 — Transition Networks, the switching and conversion technology expert, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-GM: JCS), today announced an expansion of its product return and warranty repair services for the European, Middle East and African (EMEA) region.

When Transition Networks acquired Patapsco Communications of the UK, the company broadened its product portfolio and global presence. The Hampshire facility, gained in the acquisition, is located only 45 minutes from Heathrow Airport, significantly improving logistics and transit times for warranty products to be repaired and returned to service for EMEA customers.

In 2011, Transition Networks introduced the same product replacement service from their Wales office that they offer in their US headquarters. This service for EMEA is now available at the returns facility in Hampshire. Transition Networks is again expanding and improving its service and support in response to the growing demand in EMEA for its products.
