Time&Space is a comprehensive and flexible solution for Access Control and Workforce Management, providing a multitude of scalable solutions. The software and hardware is fully modular and has been designed to work together seamlessly.

Spica's access control hardware is designed to offer the greatest flexibility of installation and configuration; all with as few design variants as possible. Controllers are capable of integrating with a wide variety of branded and unbranded identification technologies (including HID, Aperio, Bioscrypt, Legic, Deister, Mifare and many others). It all connects over Ethernet to provide a true IP solution, with PoE an option on all devices.

Time&Space Access Control (Space) offers all of the functionality you would expect of a quality access control system. Along with standard features, such as multiple badges per user and fully-configurable role-based authorisation, additional modules the enable integration of numerous IP CCTV camera models, interactive map supervision and control, visitor management and full enrolment and distribution of fingerprint templates.

Using the same database, a wide variety of workforce management functions can also be added. Time&Space (Time) offers a comprehensive and professional time management suite, working in real time from data captured from access points or dedicated time registration terminals. In addition to the strong standard functionality, there are options to enable easy integration to payroll and other 3rd-party systems, approval workflows, rostering and even job costing.

 Thus Time&Space is a complete solution that can solve many of a company’s concerns in a single, fully-integrated package.
