Surveon Technology, the end-to-end IP surveillance solutions provider, today introduced the newest Linux-based RAID network video recorder NVR7316, adding another powerful option to the existing Corporate series product line. Supporting up to 128CH 1080P full HD cameras with non-stop recording and 16-bay hot-swappable HDDs, NVR7316 is an ideal surveillance solution for performance-driven applications such as airport and train station.
Equipped with the same hardware design as the previously released NVR7800, NVR7316 was designed as another alternative with Linux OS plus Surveon enterprise-level VMS instead of Milestone VMS by Window OS platform. Based on the client-server architecture, NVR7316 provides high I/O, large capacity, and the overall system stability needed in scalable projects. Its cableless design and redundant components such as cooling fans and power supplies also ensure excellent system reliability and easy maintenance. Moreover, all Surveon NVRs come with enterprise-grade VMS with real-time monitoring and video analytics as well as support for centralized management and TV wall matrix through Surveon Control Center (SCC). Meanwhile, Surveon’s unique web-based management tool SurveOne also supports online monitoring to facilitate remote management of the overall system.
NVR7316’s ability to expand the storage via local SAS port or iSCSI interface makes it best suited to projects that require long-term video retention. “Echoing to customers’ feedback, we hope NVR7316 can fulfill other users’ needs aside from Milestone and Window platform while still delivering robust and stable performance as expected.” said Casper Wu, Product Marketing Manager at Surveon Technology.
NVR7316 is only available for 3U 16-bay with Linux OS and Surveon enterprise VMS. Initial shipment is scheduled for the end of April. For more information, please visit www.surveon.com
