When a client requests a booking for certain services online or through one of the operators that can make a reservation, the ACX System creates a new contact with the customer’s information and generates an access barcode which will give him access exactly to the services that they required within the selected timeframe.
To make it clear: if I am a client and I want to make a reservation tomorrow for: a back massage at 10 A.M., sauna at 11 A.M. and a mud bath at 12 A.M., the system will gather this information along with my contact info and will generate a barcode that I can print and use for a specific locker-room and for the rooms with the services mentioned above between 9:40 A.M. and 12:20 A.M..
The system does this to all the clients so, not only you don’t necessarily have to be there to allow them access, but it also completes the schedule and does not allow any overbooking.
As an extra feature the system can send clients text notifications reminding them of their appointment.
All of that can be done while the personal can access any room with permanent access cards. These cards can be customized as well through the system to establish a certain access area or timeframe for every employee.
