Solo 365 – The new standard in smoke detector testing

Detectortesters, (No Climb Products Ltd.), are pleased to announce the launch of an exciting addition to the Solo range - the innovative new smoke detector tester - Solo 365.
As market leaders, with over 30 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing detector test equipment, Detectortesters understand the need for reliable test solutions that keep track with technological developments – without compromising on the standards set by existing solutions.
Solo 365 is true to this belief, offering many unique benefits through its array of stand-out features. It’s lighter to use, quicker to test and suitable for use in a wider range of applications.A proximity sensor within the test cup allows the ‘auto-start’ feature to start generating smoke, eliminating the risk of contamination and minimizing smoke wastage. Its ‘flexible head’ means Solo 365 can access more areas - with its slim-line design easily fitting into tight spaces and essentially making it possible to test more detectors.
In response to market demand, Solo 365 has an ‘auto LED torch’, this feature makes testing in dark areas quicker and easier with the torch automatically switching on when light levels drop.
Solo 365 offers everything the industry has come to expect from the Solo brand, pairing it with the latest technology and wrapping it in a new modern slim-line design. As with all Detectortesters products, it comes with the approval of leading detector
manufacturers and offers full compliance with the latest standards and regulations.
With new regulations, set for 2018, affecting the use of some pressurised smoke aerosols, Solo 365 is just one of several new Solo
products. All new products comply with the latest regulations and will allow Detectortesters to continue to offer the
ultimate in product choice. Among the new products will be new aerosol cans for use in the Solo 330 dispenser and a
new Urban range of kit - ideal for mobile engineers working on large site and built-up areas.
Solo 365 is set for later this month and will be a focus of the Detectortesters stand at this month’s Firex International.
