SecuriSens LIST line-type heat detectors
Sometimes, fire detection systems have to be particularly durable – such as when detection is hampered by interference factors such as dust, heat, smoke or exhaust fumes. With its SecuriSens LIST line-type heat detectors, Securiton reliably ensures safety in harsh environments. The real stars of the SecuriSens LIST systems are the sensor cables. They contain highly sensitive addressed sensors whose response behaviour can be programmed individually. The sensor spacing in the cable can also be selected individually, meaning a monitoring system can be set up that is tailored exactly to the specific risk profile of an object and the local installation regulations. The sensor resolution is 0.1 °C, which allows for extremely precise evaluations to be made. In doing so, both maximum temperature behaviour and differential temperature behaviour are used. It is even possible to specify different detection areas with independent alarm thresholds and individual pre-signal thresholds on each cable, thus allowing the system to locate the alarms with a uniquely high level of precision. Thanks to proven evaluation logarithms, the system is also false-alarm-proof. SecuriSens LIST is the ideal fire detector for use in tunnels. The system offers reliable monitoring of sections of up to 3,200 metres in length, or up to 350 sensors. SecuriSens d-LIST ensures efficient fire protection in industrial facilities, power plants, cold stores, car parks, mines, ships and more. The system keeps fire hazards in check on sections of up to 2 x 250 metres.
