The design of Samsung Techwin Europe’s new multi-platform website reflects the fact that a large percentage of customers now wish to have instant access to product and technical support information via mobile devices.
Visitors to www.samsung-security.eu will find that it has been developed to be ultra-user friendly and highly responsive, across smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs.
In addition to datasheets covering all Samsung video surveillance products, visitors will find the new site allows them instant access to a new ‘Download Centre’ where they can find help with technical queries, training and a wide range of system design and product installation tools, including video tutorials.
“Our new multi-language website has been designed with the help of feedback from customers and business partners throughout Europe,” said Justin Hollis, Marketing Manager for Samsung Techwin Europe. “We have responded by providing installers and systems integrators with ready access to information, helping them quickly and easily learn more about the products and services we offer.
“The launch of the website is part of a process we are undertaking to re-invigorate our pre and post sales support activities through incremental support and investment from our parent company Hanwha. We will of course continue to listen to our partners and customers, so that the website continues to deliver the best possible customer experience.”

About Samsung Techwin Europe:
Part of Hanwha Techwin, Samsung Techwin Europe offers robust and reliable video surveillance products designed to meet the current and future needs of security professionals. Our cameras, video recorders and other IP netwrk devices are built to exacting standards which reflect the heritage of precision engineering associated with the Samsung brand.
What separates Samsung Techwin Europe from the crowd is the long list of innovative features built into our products which collectively deliver tangible benefits and outstanding value to customers. Much of the technology behind these features is unique to Samsung Techwin.
Samsung Techwin Europe has been among the first to recognise the value of providing end-users with the option to run software solutions such as video analytics, at the edge i.e. within the camera. One of the keys strengths of our Open Platform WiseNetIII DSP chipset, which is at the heart of our latest generation of high definition cameras, is that it provides customers with complete freedom to choose the perfect combination of software Applications, as well as VMS (video management software), to best match their individual operational requirements.
Offering ‘Best in Class’ products is only part of the process of delivering a complete video surveillance solution; every one of Samsung Techwin’s products, many of which have been highly rated in independent product tests, is backed-up by unbeatable pre and post sales support. Training is at the heart of a range of support services which also includes system design, technical support and a full three-year warranty.
Samsung Techwin Europe’s security solutions are widely accessible across Europe via an extensive network of distributors. For further information please contact Justin Hollis [email protected] or telephone +44 (0)1932 82 6700 or visit www.samsungsecurity.co.uk
