Background
Located in Rautatienkatu 19, Asunto Oy Oulun Asemantorni I is a 76-unit apartment building completed in 2019, which is close to the city center. The apartment management center acknowledges that security plays a crucial role in influencing the stability and sustainability of operations. Therefore, they desired to install a security system that could help them in monitoring parking garages, bicycle parking as well as yard areas while withstanding the possible vandalism.
Challenges
With a growing population of residents, apartment management staff must remain vigilant at all times to protect their residents’ assets. Thus, a comprehensive and 24x7 security system was needed to protect residents and employees.

Exquisite Design
Two different types of mini dome cameras have been deployed in and around the apartment for monitoring. Both are ultra-mini size cameras, which makes installation quick and easy. The well-designed integrated junction box especially the clamshell structure presents a neater means of concealing electrical junction.

Moreover, all devices were managed by Milesight 4K H.265 Pro NVR 5000 Series. It offers up to 20TB storage capacity, 4K video viewing experience and empowers users to set up and manage advanced IP surveillance systems with ease.
