Paxton have released the new vandal-resistant model of their popular Net2 Entry Panel, made from marine-grade stainless steel.
Paxton, UK access control leaders, are excited to announce that installers can now get their hands on the new additions to their popular IP door entry range, Net2 Entry. The smart, simple door entry family is now SIP compatible and offers a super tough vandal resistant panel option.
The new developments in the range are due to high demand from installers. This demonstrates Paxton's trademark commitment to listening to what customers need and developing access control solutions that are fit for market.
The Net2 Entry Vandal Resistant Panel allows installers to open opportunities at sites where vandal resistant capabilities are a prerequisite. The Net2 Entry VR Panel is made from corrosion resistant marine grade stainless steel and has an IP55 rating, to meet the most demanding environments. The toughened polycarbonate screen can withstand even the harshest treatment with an impact resistance rating of IK09. The panel comes in three variants; surface mount, flush mount and rain hood.
The new SIP compatible Net2 Entry allows customers to answer their Net2 Entry panel from any SIP enabled device such as a smartphone, PC or tablet. Installers can reach customers with a new solution and increase their business potential; offering SIP technology ensures that forward thinking customers wont go elsewhere for new developments.
Net2 Entry is designed to be a true plug and play solution with no complex wiring or diagrams, and can be combined with Paxtons leading access control system, Net2. Just one type of cable, Cat5, is required to connect the robust exterior panel, Net2 door controller and audio/video touchscreen monitor. Net2 Entry expands using industry standard PoE extension switches making it a scalable solution for a variety of sites, from simple one door systems to much larger premises.
Watch this video to see Adam Stroud, CEO of the Paxton Group, put the Net2 Entry Vandal Resistant Panel to the test.
Adam Stroud, CEO of the Paxton Group, says: We have developed this Net2 Entry panel, to ensure that it meets the exact standards of a vandal resistant security product, and is still attractive and easy to use. With the addition of SIP integration, allowing the use of 3rd party equipment, our installers will have a lot to play with. Put simply, this has been developed specifically for our installers, and for their requirements.
