Panasonic recently announced TH-55LFV50 1080P IPS D-LED videowall displays which feature the utmost attention to design and super narrow bezels of just 5.3 mm and anti-glare surfaces. A 2x2 array will be shown as an integral part of the Panasonic stand and with 800 cd/m2 brightness making it easy to see the impact that can be made in corporate showrooms, public spaces with high environmental light levels, in the rental market, in staging, control rooms and even broadcast studio applications.

Solid State, Laser LED Projection

Panasonic will also show off its new Laser LED solid state light source projectors which offer a maintenance free run time of no less than 20,000 hours equivalent to over two years without a filter or lamp change whilst offering features that set them apart from the competition such as Digital Link that enables the transmission of HD content, audio and control signals over a single CAT5E cable. Also in the projector line-up will be the new Panasonic ultra-short throw lens for large format, high brightness projection which introduces previously unachievable applications for projection signage, display and content presentation.

Business Video Analytics Insight and Powerful Camera Technology

Whilst Panasonic is very well known for its award winning i-Pro SmartHD 1080P surveillance and security solutions, new BIVS video analytics will also be presented which can provide businesses with new insight into audience behaviour through age and gender profiling and people counting. Again with different solutions for different vertical markets, Panasonic is working with partners to provide business insight into the efficiency of operations in verticals such as retail, transport, logistics and banking. In addition to security and surveillance cameras will be demonstrations of remote operated cameras such as those being used in Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London where a number of cameras have helped the club to transmit the member experience beyond the venue walls, via the internet. In fact the first live transmission was completed by Ronnie Scott’s using Panasonic AW-HE120 integrated remote video cameras and AG-HPX250 camcorders just last month with jazz trumpet legend Wynton Marsalis’ broadcast live to fans around the world.
