The TVN 70 features the TruVision line’s proven user interface and allows a host of advanced functions to be easily set up and used, including RAID, advanced camera settings, failover recording, hard drive grouping, network segregation and network redundancy. The TVN 70 is equipped with up to 64TB of embedded storage in a RAID configuration, or up to 96TB in a non-RAID configuration.

“We’re excited to be demonstrating all of the great features of the TVN 70 at this year’s IFSEC show,” says Kevin Swann, managing director, UTC Fire & Security UK. “This is a highly versatile recorder that can be set up and used with minimal training. It features the same familiar user interface as the other TruVision recorders and can be operated by the same sets of software and mobile applications as the entire TruVision portfolio.”

In large-scale systems it is important to limit single point of failure. For this reason the TVN 70 offers many redundancy features, including RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10, hard drive grouping, network interface card redundancy, power supply unit redundancy, failover recording and edge failover recording.

Adapting to the requirements of each individual application, the TVN 70 can be operated in a variety of ways. The browser interface offers full functionality for viewing, playback and configuration of the device. In addition, TruVision Navigator provides a full, stand-alone or client/host application for managing TruVision systems.

All TruVision recorders are consistently supported by a broad set of integration software packages such as Lenel® OnGuard®, TruPortal™, ATS8600 Advisor Management software and Mastermind. For possible integration to third-party systems a software development kit is also available.
