ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) is used frequently nowadays, but a basic system does not have the option to program the access a certain way. We have the solution for you! Using the ACX controllers as your entry system, you can easily add to it through the RS 232 port a camera that can read plate numbers and you can program it to allow a limited number of cars.

ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) is used frequently nowadays, but a basic system does not have the option to program the access a certain way.
This feature might come in hand for multi-tenant office buildings. Imagine that in one building you have 10 different companies that start their program at different hours and you have a limited number of parking spaces. It is not all right if the first 5 companies that start work at 8 o’clock take all the parking spaces and the other 5 companies that start at 9 o’clock don’t have any available parking spaces.
The system can be programed by software to allow access to a limited number of cars in the parking lot for each company. It is important to know that even though there will be available parking spaces when one of the companies filled their sports, the system will not grand them access. Of course, if one of their cars leaves, one spot will become available, allowing the next person to enter.
Anyway, at any given moment, the system will allow every company a certain number of parking spaces, making it fair for everyone.
