IDIS and security by design support Farleigh Hospice with DirectIP full HD surveillance

Donated equipment and discounted services provide the Essex-based hospice with health and safety assurance and increased security
IDIS announces the successful implementation of DirectIP™ at
the Farleigh Hospice, a registered charity, in Chelmsford, that provides
hospice care to people affected by life limiting illnesses across mid Essex.
When the hospice’s existing analogue CCTV system started to
fail and became too expensive to maintain, the Farleigh management team turned
to Security by Design. The London-based
systems integrator had already supported the hospice for over a decade and
immediately recommended IDIS DirectIP as the best migration path to a full-HD
surveillance solution. Already long
standing partners, Security by Design and IDIS joined forces to donate a majority
of the equipment with Security by Design offering heavily discounted installation
services.

The DirectIP solution features an 8-channel NVR connected
to six full-HD dome cameras all operated through IDIS Center™, comprehensive
yet intuitive video management software, which is bundled and comes without
annual licences fees. Plug-and-play functionality and auto configuration
dramatically reduced installation time, ensuring a smooth and fast migration to
a surveillance system that offers vastly improved coverage and superior image
quality
