H.264 video server for Mobotix Cameras

28 May 2015

SeSys announce the latest development which will convert Mobotix MxPeg video streams to h.264 for wide ranging VMS integration, public space monitors and web streaming.

It has been difficult to integrate Mobotix cameras into an existing system or when the end user requires a professional video management system.
If you want to utilise a Mobotix camera but need to integrate with an existing VMS then this had previously relied upon the VMS vendor for support. Now installers and end users can specify Mobotix cameras with the SeSys conversion hardware to solve this problem.

This is a unique piece of hardware that completes the integration loop for installers and end users who want to include Mobotix cameras in their systems. Some VMS software has the capability to utilise the MxPeg stream which is bandwidth efficient, but most do not. H.264 brings about integration and bandwidth benefits to end users who want to use Mobotix cameras.
