Simplified Visitor Management With just a few clicks, CODA allows you to send your visitors an instant email featuring a randomly generated QR code that can be used to gain access to a secure environment. If the visitor doesn’t wish to scan the QR code they can simply tap the included code into the digital pin pad located on the smart intercom. Codes can be limited to single use or work within specific time frames. Multiple entrances can be configured and assigned to visitors. CODA is able to track when visitors have arrived and through the Commend system is able to trigger specific events to take place. For example, a PA message can play elsewhere to inform of the visitors arrival. Reports can be generated to detail when visitors were granted access or even if expired codes haven’t been used.
