Entree Visitor Management

Entree Visitor Management is a sigining-in system for lobbies and receptions, to record your contractors and visitors coming onto your premises. It replaces the cumbersome visitor log books that clutter up the receptionists desk. The signing-in process is easy and simple to use with a management dashboard accessible by administration staff who can run reports, pre-book visitors, create announcements for individuals, groups or global messages. It displays any health and safety messages you would to convey, or any other terms and conditions you want people to be aware of. Print off evacuation lists in case of emergency, or subscribe to the cloud evacuation list and have that information available on any mobile device.
The system is complemented by a separate induction system for contractors, for when people, working on your premises, require specific site training.
