Canon Europe, world leader in imaging solutions, today announces that it has agreed a working partnership with Wavestore, a distinguished security solutions provider, to deliver an intelligent and fully integrated security offering with superior image quality and advanced analytics capabilities.
Both companies are working closely together to ensure that the analytics are faultless and fully integrated, to provide system integrators with amplified surveillance capabilities. The pan-European partnership will allow both companies to create personalised offerings based on the requirements of the customer.

Wavestore and Canon will be at IFSEC this year demonstrating the combined capabilities of their offering. Located at Canons stand (Hall S7, Stand S85), Wavestore will focus on demonstrating the capabilities of Canon network cameras when connected to the Wavestore facial recognition system. Canons excellent image quality allows for advanced facial detection and Wavestore representatives will be available to demonstrate how users can be alerted when pre-determined faces are detected.

Both the indoor pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ); VB-M50B, and indoor fixed dome; VB-H651V, include new features that help to ensure high quality images, even in challenging low light conditions. These new cameras are suited for a range of scenarios requiring round-the-clock surveillance, including critical infrastructure facilities, retail, commercial buildings and urban surveillance.
Both models include a new graphical user interface (GUI) and dedicated embedded Mobile Viewer to support multiple browsers and mobile devices, designed to offer installers and end-users improved compatibility and manageability.
