Workwear specialist, Alexandra, is set to launch a brand new range of clothing and footwear for the security industry at this year’s IFSEC exhibition.

The new range will be available from April 30 and will comprise items for a wide range of roles throughout the profession, including traditional manned guarding events, police dog handling, patrol and front of house.

Alexandra will be showcasing some of the key products in the new collection from its stand 4C 152 at IFSEC International at The NEC in Birmingham from May 14 to 17.

Products from the new range set to feature at the forthcoming exhibition, include:

• Events security range – comprising a soft shell fleece, jacket, vest and polo shirt all available in a high-visibility yellow body with navy panelling, or a navy body with high-visibility yellow panelling, that can be embellished with a company logo, job role or personnel number.
• Security footwear – tactical inspired patrol solutions including the high-leg delta side zip boot containing an Individual Comfort System - a new innovation that enables the wearer to adjust the resistance in the heel of the boot to provide personalised comfort.
• Pitbull sleeve – an innovative approach for hand and arm protection when handling dangerous animals. It has been developed in conjunction with police dog units from across the UK and offers 360 degree protection for the arm, with the steel shield providing hand protection.
• Overt and covert body armour – offers the wearer the choice of either overt or covert protection in two grades – stab/spike/hypodermic or ballistic/stab/spike/hypodermic.
• Three-in-one jacket – a waterproof, technical garment that has the option to be personalised with job role and company branding.
