Alarm Master is a fully-featured alarm management solution, designed to provide customer and service management capabilities for fire and security systems installers in the UK and Ireland to manage their business, drive efficiency and boost profitability. It supports a full range of system types and models from intruder alarms through to CCTV, access control and fire alarms and offers contract administration, a customer web portal and stock capabilities, while also providing smartphone and tablet connectivity.  

Alarm Master includes false alarm management capabilities, helping companies avoid the cost, disruption and distress caused by systems that are not maintained to standard. For optimal accountability, the software also contains a full suite of report templates that are required by the NSI (National Security Inspectorate), SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) and BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) security trade organisations.
