The Alarm Master Mobile is a fully integrated additional cost module of the Alarm Master Premium system, providing easy, instant, and paperless communication between the office and the engineer out in the field. Our software uses 3-4G or Wi-Fi to efficiently communicate in real-time between the office based Alarm Master and the on-call engineer’s Mobile device through Alarm Master Mobile. The Alarm Master Mobile supports Android and IoS devices
The application enables flawless communication between engineer and office, providing to-the-minute engineer status, job progress, and the transfer of core information such as materials used, electronic customer signatures, and images. Once a job has been received back from the Engineer it can be reviewed and Invoiced within minutes.
