As an access control manufacturer, we’re always looking for ways to improve our products and this month we’ll be showcasing a new Mimic Viewer for our award-winning Integriti system.
We’ll be showing delegates at the International Security Expo 2018 in London, how the Mimic Viewer provides a visual ‘read only’ overview of our intelligent Integriti access control and intruder detection system. We’ll demonstrate how it allows security staff to view events remotely without passing control of the system off-site.
The Mimic Viewer is a separate installation with its own connection to the controller, which can be Ethernet-based or via the UniBus UART board. This is helpful for sites that do not allow networked computers to be left logged in and unattended, or in the case of a network failure.

Access control systems are a huge asset for security, offering integrated and intelligent responses to events on site. But the best access control systems guard against cyber as well as physical threats to ensure more robust safety and security for people and places.
Inner Range General Manager Tim Northwood blogs about what to look for in your access control system to ensure you have robust cyber as well as physical security in place.
Access control manufacturer Inner Range is hitting the road – and airports – a lot this year by exhibiting at a string of security trade shows across the UK and abroad. General Manager Tim Northwood blogs about why there’s no substitute for face-to-face conversations and tangible tinkering with technology.
We’re certainly putting the miles in this year when it comes to showing off our products at trade shows. We’ve already exhibited at Intersec for the first time, where our systems were very well received in the Middle East. And a longstanding partner of ours, STA Plus, has showcased our intelligent access control system, Integriti, at Securika Moscow. STA Plus has been an approved Inner Range partner for more than 12 years providing sales and technical support for Inner Range in Russia so they are well-placed to talk about our products to the Russian Federation market.
We have announced a new integration with ANPR company Tattile.
Our award-winning access control and intruder detection system, Integriti, can now integrate with Tattile’s ANPR system, Vega Smart HD/2HD.
The Italian manufacturer’s Vega Smart HD/2HD system is designed for security, free flow tolling and traffic monitoring. It offers high levels of accuracy in reading number plates, including at speeds of over 150mph.
The system can cover two lanes of traffic over a total width of 7.5 metres. In addition to number plate data, the system can recognise vehicle colour, brand and model as well as providing full HD streaming for video surveillance.

In the early days of door access control, systems featured a PIN code keypad for employees or tenants to gain entry. But increasingly, systems are becoming much more sophisticated, incorporating smartcard and biometric credentials, wireless systems and a broad range of possible integrations with other systems to keep people and assets safe. Tim Northwood, General Manager of Inner Range, talks through the latest options for your door access control system.
Antron Security and Inner Range provide integrated security solution for prestigious London commercial property
Inner Range’s powerful and budget-friendly access control and intruder detection system, Inception, has been upgraded to allow a range of extra reporting functions, anti-passback protocols, language translation and interlocking doors. The upgrades will allow security and facilities managers better and greater control over who is accessing their site.
