Compliance management, quality assurance and paperless service auditing has been a focus for Innovise Software for twenty years. Providing a cost effective and 100% accurate method for tracking duties performed by staff, Servicetrac utilises a series of tags (which can be in the form of i-buttons, RFID and barcodes) that are used as markers around a site. Staff use either a PDA, Nokia phones, ActiveGuard and PES sensor to record their time and attendance during a tour. As a staff member reaches a particular location, the devise is used to record the data and time at which the tag was activated. They may even be given location based instructions such as “check the windows are locked”.
Designed primarily as security guard patrol software, Servicetrac Patrol is a web-based ‘Tour of Duty’ or ‘Guard Tour’ facility that uses best of breed hardware and software. Quickly and easily implemented, Servicetrac Patrol is able to record tours or patrols, protect lone workers and capture proof of attendance in real time, enabling the collation of accurate and immediate management information.
