We care about our clients and every project is important to us. Small businesses, like Bed & Breakfast, will find it useful to use one of our Door Access Control systems.

Why? Because we offer you something unique and helpful that will simplify your activity.

We though of a solution for this kind of business: how about using a unique access code for each client that makes a reservation?

Using the ACX controllers you can add a card reader and a keypad to each door. This means that the employees will be able to enter every room using their access cards, and your guests will be able to enter their rooms using the unique code.

During the booking clients enter their phone number and the system can use it to send a text notification with a specific code (automatically generated when a reservation is made) that will allow your guest to enter the assigned room during his stay.

For B&B’s this is the perfect solution, because they don’t have to worry about allowing access to their guests, they will be able to enter on their own, and the system will only let them use the code during the time frame they choose when they made the reservation. Afterwards the code will no longer be valid and only cards will be granted access, of course, until the next guest makes a booking.

If you want to customize your system even more, you can use one of our expansion Module with additional outputs that can be easily add without hardware replacement. For example, you can add a welcome message through a speaker for your guests when they first use their access code.

Everything is possible when you believe in your dreams, and we are here to make it happen.
